@aaronharris @Trella63576457 @jude_dabney @queenveej I found this thread kinda late but you are absolutely right: people in charge of leading nations into the future(or any leader for that matter), should plan for futures without themselves in it.
When men frame a murderer's actions in terms of him "having a bad day" I can't help but hear them telling the world that they themselves are one bad day away from murdering women, & demanding empathy & recognition for that fact.
Thank you @Anly_Singer for spending 2,340 minutes with me this year on @Spotify. You are my #1. #2020Wrapped https://t.co/bk6zxlnLIU

Ernie Chambers has loooooong been an important voice for Black folks in Omaha as well as a fighter for LGBTQ rights in the state. When people ask where my fight comes from, it comes from freedom fighters like Ernie Chambers from the Northside of Omaha. Respect!
this just in: judges in omaha eviction court are not only instructing tenants to go in the hallway and make deals with their landlords’ lawyers without ever mentioning the moratorium, but they’re also now threatening volunteers who try to hand out moratorium forms
