The Hoima Rotary Club is rallying up residents of Hoima City to turn up in many numbers for this year's Cancer Run slated for August 30.

This year’s Countrywide Run is to mobilize UGX 5B for a Cancer screening machine at Nsambya Hospital.

UPDATE: Gerald Obai, the Rotary District Governor 9213 has arrived in Hoima City on the invitation of the Rotary Club of Hoima.

Obai and other Rotarians are expected to commission a multimillion project that will help the ghetto youth of Hoima City secure start up kits under mechanical and electrical projects.

Today’s conversation focused on Gender-based violence and consequently laying a strong foundation for sustainable club growth.

In the spirit of this year's theme-“Creating Lasting Impact,” we are committed to strengthening Interact, nurturing young leaders, and expanding our reach and impact through membership growth and meaningful service. Together, we are building a stronger, more vibrant Rotary family for the future.
