@FitbitSupport I cannot switch to kids mode. I’m trying to setup a account/device for my child under my account and family group. When I attempt to “switch to kids mode” the app spins forever. I’ve updated my iOS device, and deleted and reloaded the fitbit app. Very frustrated.
