We have a claim number, but our phone calls go unanswered, and unreturned. Our Emails have gone unanswered or returned. And our business vehicle continues to sit, out of service, due to a catastrophic failure in the rear differential, due to lack of fluid and negligence.

@Walmart I have contacted Walmart claims, multiple times, regarding a claim for damages to our vehicle during a service on our vehicle on 04/28/2026, where a technician had emptied the fluid out of our rear differential, and failed to refill the fluid to the proper level.
