Have been trying to complete a payment on Amazon India since evening with your CC, however it doesn't go through after submitting the OTP.
Didn't expect this from leading Indian Bank.

I hope you adhere to the SLA which is 7 days from 25th of May
@bajajlife_in despite lodging repeated compliant regarding discrepency in the premium amount I'm still with no resolution. Your team is clueless of what has caused the unexplained increase in the premium.
I have 5 useless Case ID for this.

It very clearly looks like a long running scam where you don't want to be translated enough to explain how the premium got increased and now just sitting on it once called out publicly
@bajajlife_in we've completed day 6 of this post and yet the issue seems to be not resolved.
I am getting messages of auto deduction of premium which somehow I cannot stop.
Is your intent here to foolcustomer and deduct insanely high incorrect premium amount?
