@kempsterrrr@petheth I've been using DaVinci Resolve for a while. For a free software, it's really good. Probably don't need to upgrade to Pro for most things.
@jwald33 @t3dotgg Nah. Tailwind is amazing. Easier to write tailwind CSS and learn the language, not learn how to deal with antiquated ways of writing CSS. To each their own though.
@joshtriedcoding Yeah ffmpeg is pretty insane. And tons of massive companies just build scaffolding (...okay maybe a bit more than scaffolding) on top to build their video streaming solutions lol
@TkDodo We've been doing by type for so long, it's really hard to change our mental model lol. Even harder when most of the OSS / tutorial world does it by type. But I don't dislike it -- it's become (maybe unfortunately) pretty automatic when looking at other people's codebases.
Starting to learn AWS CDK to set up some stuff. Biggest adjustment so far is typing "cdk <whatever>" instead of "cd k<whatever>" after a whole life of cd-ing into folders lol.
@elizlaraki Glad to see I'm not the only one. The blue/indigo-ish color with dark mode is really hard to see in the evening, esp when the "similar ETA" routes are similar. And then proceeded to spend a few mins finding the damn feedback button to send them feedback about it lol.
