@AnabellaMarvy A good manager knows what he has at hands and changes the approach flexibly depending on situations. It’s true that he didn’t get a lot but we still played very well. However, why keep making the same mistakes over and over. There is no excuse for that.

@Marvation_ 100%. If the same thing happened again and again, it’s not bad luck, it’s a system flaw. Flick was exposed many times but he failed to realise or change it. A good coach knows when to use what flexibly to win the games. Flick didn’t.

@abosalaharena Both stupidity and stubbornness. I don’t understand why he didn’t realise that at this level of football, the flexibility of tactics is required to win the games. He has no plan B, just sticks to one option and hope for the best.

@yaygha Completely agree with you. If the same stupid mistakes happen over and over, it's not a coincidence or bad luck but it's a system problem. The coach is the one who knows when to switch the system but Flick has only one idea. In modern football, that can't go far, especially in CL

@BouafifNour We just don't have what it takes to win this kind of game, from both coach and players. No plan B, no flexibility in tactical adjustments, individual mistakes, wasting chances.

@BarcaUniversal Stupidity is making the same mistakes over and over. Flick is not a good tactician. He just exploits what works without exploring other options. For a few mins on the field, Roony has done very well but he was forgotten for months while Lamine is a dribbling addict

@BouafifNour He may become close to both Messi and Neymar but Messi is unique. Messi is so consistent, excellent with vision, decision making, dribbling and finishing. Messi’s life style also helps as he’s quiet and just focused on football. Time will tell but Lamine needs to improve a lot.

@kev712004 Taking their ages aside, this is correct. I’m a Barca fan at heart but I agree that Lamine needs to improve a lot with his decision making and finishing in order to become a big player. Nobody will remember all the dribbling if the efficiency is not there and you lose the game.

@sulkfenomeno He was excellent but when the team needed him the most, he didn’t answer. What the point of all dribbling without a goal which is all we needed, not all the meaningless wows.

@NealGardner_ Laminate is the best player we have no doubt but he’s so annoying. He will make you hold your head and regret countless of time. He can’t score, can’t shoot, just dribbling all the time. We can’t win the game with the best player doing 20 times like that and doesn’t get a goal.

@BouafifNour He should really shut up, be humble, work hard and deliver on the pitch. Otherwise he may just become a wasted talent. Too young to make all the fuss. Focus on the football instead. Too bad his idol is Neymar but not Messi.

@totalBarca Football has changed a lot but Xavi/Barca is perhaps the only one who still thinks that keeping the ball and passing around boringly can win the match. No pace, no hurry, no ideas no nothing. This is the worst football I’ve watched.

@thanatalie13 The most difficult thing is to step out of your comfort zone, do something you have never done before and likely fail but then you learn and move on with more confidence. I wish I would have enough courage to do that years ago

@craigzingerline Indeed. I've been lately interviewing our users for the feedbacks and the first thing I tell them is not to try to make me happy by telling lies and I would be more happy if they share negative things they have in mind. You can't improve if all you get are positive.
