For the first time in my career I have to recruit and hire a team. PLEASE follow @randomrecruiter and other recruiters for some potentially career changing advice.

Weirdest Cortex M0+ debug challenge ever... It was possible to flash and run code, but the CPU peripherals couldn't control the physical pins even though the registers were functioning. Guesses?
It was the debug probe.
Workplace experiment:
After 2 quarters of low performance review scores, I dramatically reduced the unseen work I was doing (extra hours, mentoring, fire fighting, etc).
Next review was a marked improvement even though my overall throughput was *lower*.
@9600 The knobs and buttons on very high end pro audio systems (like huge concerts) are just UX for common things while detailed configuration/adjustment is done with screens and menus
