I’m more concerned than usual about politics due to the recent floor crossings.
An unelected majority government goes against the democracy of our country.
Constituents who voted for an MP and its party should also have the right to a byelection if that MP crosses the floor.
Members of Parliament are elected to represent their constituents under a party banner. The ability for an MP to switch parties erodes trust in our parliamentary system. This petition seeks to end the practice of MPs rejecting the will of the electorate by triggering a by-election, forcing the MP to sit as an independent.
Voters deserve accountability.
Please sign the petition and share it!
Deadline: April 17th.

It’s wild that it’s become normal to leave your kids at daycare five days a week, eight hours a day, just so you can go to a job that mainly pays for daycare, the car to get there, and a house you’re rarely home to enjoy. We’re stuck in a cycle of working just to afford a life we barely get to live.
No offers after 6 weeks, no showings in the past two weeks. Maybe it’s time to reduce the price?
Every seller right now, “Why aren’t you doing more open houses!!” 😅
How Bad Are Things Getting In The Construction / Development Industry In Ontario? Is It Being Kept Secret
We look at things we don't understand in Development World
- We know 20% of Condo Development refused to close & yet the Condo Corp did close: what happened to the 20%?

The issues in the development space are only getting worse. Today we learned one of the largest pre sale marketing firms in Vancouver has trimmed their headcount by 25%.
The Canadian housing market is in the crapper and yes it's going to get worse. However, rates have more than doubled over the past 3 years and mortgage defaults are at a paltry 0.43%. Context.
It is with humility and appreciation that I have accepted Damien Kurek’s offer to resign his seat in Battle River-Crowfoot so that I can work to earn the support of citizens there to serve them in Parliament.
Damien’s selfless act to step aside temporarily as a Member of Parliament shows his commitment to change and restoring Canada’s promise.
I will work to earn the trust of the good people of Battle River-Crowfoot and I will continue to hold the Liberal minority government to account until the next federal election, when we will bring real change to all Canadians.
I am shocked by the horrific news emerging from Vancouver's Lapu Lapu Day Festival tonight.
My thoughts are with the Filipino community and all the victims targeted by this senseless attack. Thank you to the first responders who are at the scene as we wait to hear more.
