@PCFinancial our credit card account was suddenly closed without our knowledge despite sending the ID verification documents that were requested back on July 10. We even received an email back that the documents were received on that date. Now can’t access our account at all.

Horrible experience with @IKEACanada They messed up my order so agreed to credit me $29 + hst for the delivery fee via gift card (I specifically asked about the tax portion being refunded and they said yes). Got the GC and only received $29. Now being told they can’t credit me
