If the station Manager needs it pointing out, or a ladder, let me know… also be nice to know if they even care about fixing this! doesn’t seem to have made a difference before!

@GatwickExpress @TLRailUK @SouthernRailUK I’m going to have to keep reporting this it seems… Not sure why it takes over a year for someone to unlock some drain pipes that are pouring out all over people on the platform any time it rains….! Haywards Heath station, platform 3. First reported July 2024….

@TLRailUK Understandable, but the station platform staff still should retain a level of professionalism whilst aiming to achieve this. If they aren’t, perhaps remove them for someone more experienced, competent and capable? Many customers expressing how awful the PA addresses were sounding

@TLRailUK Very concerned for the welfare of the platform staff member on platform 1 at Blackfriars right now - he really needs to be relieved as is clearly in distress with how he is shouting at everyone over the PA system - aggressive, alarming & very loud in tone. Unnecessary!!

@TLRailUK You’ve just had a passenger taken off of the train unwell at London Bridge due to the heat on this coach… not sure the issue should wait until the train is back at the depot at the end of the day if that was the plan / usual practise. The heat was unbearable with a full coach

A/C not working in coach 7 of 8 on the 07.26 Brighton to Bedford service (and only 8 coaches instead of usual 12!) making it VERY uncomfortable and unpleasant.

@GatwickExpress Please pass onto Adam the OBS on Gatwick Exp 07.43am today Haywards Heath - Brighton that he doesn’t need to shout at us to the level over the PA he did when boarding - it was extremely & unnecessarily loud! A very unpleasant welcome aboard! Happy Monday
