Mo Salah had his best Premier League season under Baldy
Gravenberch went from being a flop to a regular. Title-winning season better than his second season, but he's still been very good. The hate he gets for this season is, quite frankly, absurdly overblown.
Szobozslai became the first midfielder since Steven Gerrard to get double-figure G&A under Baldy
Hugo Ekitike finally realised his potential at a big club under Baldy
Rio Ngumoha made the step up under Baldy
Gakpo's title-winning season saw him step up (regressed in season two, but there's still a player in there)
I have witnessed this club go from doubters to believers, and from believers to champions. It took hard work and I always did everything I could to help the club get there. Nothing makes me prouder than that.
Us crumbling to yet another defeat this season was very painful and not what our fans deserve. I want to see Liverpool go back to being the heavy metal attacking team that opponents fear and back to being a team that wins trophies. That is the football I know how to play and that is the identity that needs to be recovered and kept for good. It cannot be negotiable and everyone that joins this club should adapt to it.
Winning some games here and there is not what Liverpool should be about. All teams win games.
Liverpool will always be a club that means a great deal to me and to my family. I want to see it succeed for long after I have moved on.
As I’ve always said, qualifying to next season’s Champions League is the bare minimum and I will do everything I can to make that happen.
Extreme bureaucratic regulatory oppression and wealth confiscation (moving capital allocation from highly competent entrepreneurs to incompetent government) is why Europe has been economically slowly strangled over the past few decades!
Fools like this guy do not understand that they are the cause of Europe’s pain.
There no wealth to reallocate when they prevent it from being created in the first place.
I’m so confused. People are getting aggy cause Liverpool aren’t getting ‘crisis’ talks in the media.
Let me tell you why that is:
They won the league last season and are second in the table this season
Teams being compared are Chelsea/Utd:
One spent a billion & are still miles off winning it
And the other are losing against Brentford one week and Grimsby another
Sometimes football fans don’t wanna use their brains. Just wanna feel like there’s an agenda against them.
