I have to hand it to my sweet Eddie. His terrier was showing the other day - trying to protect me from this skink. And, I tried to tell him that it’s a harmless skink, he was not convinced!
@dog_rates I have a nomination for “brave” dog of the week. Eddie alerted me to a skink in my patio chair. He was quite serious about his efforts to protect me from a truly not serious threat. 🤣😊
@shaunvlog_ Stop by Steinhatchee in between A and B. It’s a great spot. I mean, I’d also welcome you to come on the east route and see the Lowcountry of SC, but maybe next time.
@mmpadellan My critters have put themselves safely in the exact middle of my house. Thankful that my Eddie really doesn’t care about the fireworks, but he is worried about his kitties.
@cmclymer I saw this and I love it. I truly hope that curators, docents, museum educators and volunteers are out there sharing some educational information.
@Nicole1515@ABC If it was a Crocodile, that would be a big news story. We do not have them here in SC. Alligators do occasionally visit the salt water on their way to and from the fresh water. It’s not common to see them at the beach, but it’s not terribly rare.
