I can't find the tweet but I want us to have more conversations giving savings tips to opt out of the workforce for a few months at a time to rest/travel/do nothing just because; I would love to tap in. I want this for every Black woman at least once in her life. We deserve it.
Check out my Sweet Fire Podcast episode hosted by J.P. Mitchell.

I can’t speak to perfectionism and imposter syndrome to help others cuz I think both don’t exist and are lies created by white supremacy culture. I don’t abide by the rules of my oppressor.
I deserve everything I receive and having imperfections is a divine blessing. A human.
Today was beauty-full. A calm before the storm including getting to pause and witness this beautiful #waxingcrescentmoon before heading home and closing down for the day 🌙❤️
How does nature help you relax? How does it help you tune into the small, beautiful moments of life?

Every now and then I feel like I'm not doing enough for others or my community. But I forget that in order to do more for others, I first need to take better care of me. It's important to feel that I'm enough even when others aren't around.

I love how being in nature helps me feel my feelings without shame 🥰I guess cause I don't get responses of expectation or critique like I would from humans to be strong or perfect. #naturehealing#mentalhealth
