Happy Easy to everyone celebrating today. This is a reflection of the Rachel Carson Bridge in #Pittsburgh, and might be one of my favorite unique angles of springtime in the 'Burgh. Love how it looks like a tunnel of trees with the reflection.
What a beautiful, though short lived, colorful sunrise in #Pittsburgh today. It looked like it might be too overcast at first, but there was enough of an opening on the horizon for some sunlight to squeeze through, and the view from the incline was perfect.
An absolutely ridiculous lightning strike in #Pittsburgh tonight, dead center behind the city from the South Side Slopes. It was incredible how you can see where it exited the cloud from as well. One of my favorite bolts I've ever captured, and awesome shooting with @dmcgrew!
Didn't capture any lightning over #Pittsburgh this evening, but did luck out with this partial rainbow. It was crazy how vibrant it was for going less than halfway over the city, but hey, I'll take it.
What a moonrise tonight in #Pittsburgh. I was worried at first that clouds might be an issue, but luckily they weren't and I was able to capture the exact image I set out to capture. The moon looked incredible rising behind PPG Place and Oxford Center.
Sunset was so close to being one for the books in #Pittsburgh tonight. The skies cleared after both rounds of rain, but just not enough to light everything up. Luckily the best part of the sky happened to be right behind the Andy Warhol Bridge, making for the perfect backdrop.
Today is Mr. Rogers' birthday, so I wanted to share some of my favorite images of his statue on the North Shore of #Pittsburgh this morning. The view from there is perfect for the city's favorite neighbor.
Won't you please, won't you please?
Please, won't you be my neighbor?
