@DPD_uk_helpcare you really need to address your poor service and awful customer service when you lose someone's parcel. Ive never dealt with such an awful company and would anyone but you in the future , do better....

Absolutely awful service and experience with @_dpd_uk please avoid if you can as you will get nowhere with them and it’s almost impossible to speak to anyone in person . Will never use these again

Well @TMLewin you continue to fail to deliver on Customer Service. Despite continued promises the below 👇👇👇 still remains outstanding and is now nearly 5 months in waiting. Please refund and sort it once and for all and don’t make hollow and false promises 🤷♂️
Wow @expediauk after many years as a regular customer I’ve had to try for the first time to get a refund and your customer service is really bad , aggressive and confrontational from an American call centre !!
@easyJet Thanks Iggy but you should know your website and communications when it comes to resolving issues is woeful , you have always been much more helpful when taking my money
@easyJet what a shambles today for your flight to Sardinia, 90 minute delay then processed everyone to the gate and ready for boarding and then cancelled the flight 45 minutes later with no explanation or help.Shameful and appalling customer service
