We enjoyed welcoming several GCSE students for an introduction to healthcare careers. Thanks to all the teams who inspired the students. They had a week of activities in the heart of the hospital, with many considering a career at UHP.@UHP_WorkExp @UHP_NHS@WEDoOD_UHP

So I've finally found a reason to wear my green trousers into the office. Growing our Speak Up culture is key to creating great teams, which helps us to deliver high quality of care. @UHP_FTSUG@UHP_NHS@WEDoOD_UHP
Welcome to everyone who joined our virtual Welcome Event yesterday. We had 10 breakout rooms discussing the power of Civility, thank you for sharing your experiences and helping to make UHP a great place to work. @UHP_NHS@WEDoOD_UHP@civilitysaves
Battered, Bruised but not broken. Thanks to the paramedic in the car park who got a wheel chair and sat with him briefly, the paediatric ED team and X-ray who all gave amazing care. On the plus side he did score the Try I was able to talk about the Staff Survey. @UHP_NHS
Great experience getting the free bus from the George this morning (direct to main entrance). As I was working in Brittany House, I had a nice walk back on a lovely evening. I'll try runway road next time as it might be less traffic. @UHPSiteServices@UHP_NHS
Great to be part of the conversation this morning. No matter who you are - there is lots of support out there for everyone, so check out our other networks. @EDIuhpt@UHP_NHS@andysmanclubuk
Thanks to the team for a very efficient Flu Jab outside level 7 restaurant. I didn't feel a thing and the bap was a lovely bonus. Next time I'll remember to take a pen to fill out the form. @UHP_NHS@WEDoOD_UHP
That's jab number 2 for my not so little boy. Another seamless visit to Home Park. He wasn't actually sure they had done it as he was distracted by talking Rugby, the lovely welcome and smile behind the masks. Thanks #1bigteam@UHP_NHS
I really need to tweet something more interesting but 1 minute off my cycle to work time must be an achievement for a Friday. I kept to the cycle lanes and even remembered a towel for a shower. And its great being back in the office. @WEDoOD_UHP
Instead of an hour in traffic (to go 3 miles) todays cycle ride to UHP took 26 minutes and only 21 minutes home. The fluorescent jacket helped and the bonus is I've completed today's fire warden training. @WEDoOD_UHP
An amazing response by the wards and departments, supporting our future colleagues with work experience in July. @Ouch_With_An_S has put together a great programme. I've met some lovely people & even managed to get a new ID badge so I can visit more places . @WEDoOD_UHP@UHP_NHS
I've enjoyed every minute of being a rugby parent, the team extends to players and families. I've made many new friends, it's improved my wellbeing but seeing Benjamin's confidence grow and smile for winning 'most improved player' tops them all.
We still have virtual spaces on our Personal Development/Managers Passport sessions for April. I had a great interactive session on 'Appraisals' - varied staff groups and out of a max of 5, confidence went from 2.45 before to 4.18 after the session. @WEDoOD_UHP@UHP_NHS
Great service from @UHP_IMT. During repairs, I also appreciated the use of a PC from a friendly orthopaedic team. It was great to catch up with colleagues and a reminder that as efficient as working from home is, you need to also interact with others for your own wellbeing.
How many devices does it take two L & OD Facilitators to test Breakout Rooms in MS Teams? Icluding a trust desktop pc and laptop (not shown) - I make it 6. @Carr1Rach@WEDoOD_UHP
