My 3-point fundamental framework for assessing Internet Capital Markets (#ICM) projects:
1. The team: Is the team doxxed and have the relevant work experiences?
2. Is the product/app earning revenue? If not, are there users that could be converted into paying customers?
3. Is there value accrual back to the token?
The above is a simple framework for assessing these projects from a fundamental perspective.
Of course you then have to consider factors such as:
1. Hype: are there key players in the ecosystem backing the project (ie. is it listed on the believe app, has @pasternak given them a stamp of approval, has the team done an AMA with @fiiishcake from @aix_bc, etc.)
2. Valuation: Does the fundamentals justify the valuation? How does the valuation of this project compare to other/similar projects
3. Markets: How is the overall @believeapp ecosystem and $LAUNCHCOIN doing? How is $SOL and $BTC doing?
You can go into further in-depth research such as smart money flows or talking to the dev for future plans.
TLDR: If you do at least a little bit of the above, you will be way ahead of most of the people.
Good luck hunting Trenchors!!
Coinbase just became the first and only crypto company to join the S&P 500.
This milestone represents what the true believers, from retail investors to institutional investors to our employees and partners, knew all along.
Crypto is here to stay.
