#5 - In branch card services would not authenticate me, told me I was sharing wrong expiry date, in branch rep shared image of expiry I was sharing and image of card

#6 - In branch would not allow with drawl at ATM, No funds.

1st - Card broken went to Baggot street, branch closed.

2nd - Went to Dundrum told had to do online.

3rd - Online, An error message would not allow me to order replacement card

4th - In branch Ranelagh - card services called

@IrishRail Noise above the storm. Little less than 2 weeks ago I discussed this and contacted community liason officer and no advanced notice as agreed or nothing on the website. Expecting a call back started at 1.45am now 2.40am

@IrishRail woken to exceptionally loud noise on the rail, why does this have to be scheduled at 1.45am given the noise levels? Live in a 3 bed and noone else home tonight, scared thought something was happening in my house with the noise and no advanced notice.

@IrishRail Hiya, awoken second night in a row even with earplugs. How many nights of scheduled improvement work are expected so I can make alternative arrangements for accommodation? Also can notification be made to RF Property Management with urgency ahead of scheduled works. Thanks

@IrishRail Thanks, there used to be improvement works notifications so I can just pop in earplugs. Just woken to one of the commuters either going past or some work! Love the service ❤️ Just with sleep makes the day easier! Cheers Irish Rail 😍

Think it's trying to understand the estimation will take 10 or 15 minutes to determine if its a few minutes or hours job. That helps decide if its a 10 minute journey or 50 minute walk for example :) thanks
