Outer changes always begin with an inner change of attitude. How can we expect anyone to take us seriously if we don't take ourselves seriously. Women's sport will never get the support it deserves unless women start taking women's sport serious and driving it forward👇

"A simple vertical jump can induce 8.9 x bodyweight at the ankle joint, 6.9 x bodyweight at the knee joint and 5.5 x bodyweight at the hip joint. With that in mind, preparing the body to be able to better handle the physical demands of sport is a must”🏀⤵️

"If schools are allowed back in indoor settings of 30 plus individuals for periods of six hours in a day, what then is the logic behind preventing 15 come together for less than one hour in a hall larger than any classroom" - check out the latest from @SportforBusines 👇🏀
"Putting on the green jersey and representing Ireland has given me some of my proudest moments. I hope to be able to give back and support our national teams by committing to and supporting them through the work of the EPC." @niamhd07 🇮🇪🏀

Speaking on moving to the AFLW, Considine highlighted the equity as a major draw. In the LGFA, "we get really the bare minimum. At the bare minimum, I mean the very basics" whereas in the AFLW, it's "pretty similar to what the men would get here in the GAA."
Ailish Considine is in today's Her Sport Spotlight.
@Duckyc7, who has played for @Clarelgfa & @ClareCamogie , is now a fully-seasoned campaigner in the AFLW. In 2019, Considine became the first Irish woman and non-Australian to win an AFLW title.
