@ivyandconey Not at all. The enjoyment I'm going to get from watching my New England friends savoring Malort is well worth it. About 6yrs ago I had one of your bartenders mix Malort and pinnacle whipped strawberry and I "bought" a round for everyone. ... There was confusion, anger, sadness..

Creating a catalog of Maine cheeses and meats. The idea is that people can look up their favorites and we'll get in touch when they become seasonally available. We're unsure whether to call it the "Curd Catalog" or the "Gooey Decimal System."

The state of Maine gave us the go-ahead from the health department and from beer & wine. Now we await Biddeford to gives us the thumbs up and we'll be rolling.
