@bt_uk When does the BT wholesale checker get updated, my exchange says no fttp however openreach have stated fttp is now available to my address, which I have confirmed with openreach customer service. As a result I can't order Fttp from any isp.
@BTBusiness are you able to help, Glossop exchange BT wholesale database is not showing fttp available however openreach have enabled full fttp to my adress. Can you assist in giving a nudge for the database to be updated?
@WeAreOpenreach No, I'm looking to change provider, I've contacted BT and Zen, Zen says my cabinet is showing amber status, from what I can see there are no cables on the telegraph posts out side but the fibre has been installed in ducts, hence saying available.
@WeAreOpenreach you are saying my exchange is fully ftp enabled and sent me an email however bt wholesale says its not and I can't order fttp, who can sort this!
@WeAreOpenreach I have, one of your colleagues said they needed to put in a cable link request, told this to the ISP and they questioned this so am going round in circles
