My timeline is full of this advice: sleep! Sleep is the refresh button for the brain. It is also the save button for all that you are trying to learn or remember. Not sleeping is the worst thing you can do to your brain. It's counterproductive. It's stressful.
Keep your mind active. Learn new things. Learn a new language. Write down your thoughts. Cognitive stimulation is important. Dictum for the brain is like that for muscle: Use it, or lose it.
