@oryxeleven Appreciate the insight! Especially from someone who was in the know. I wish more developers did this. At least give the gamer some more insight and understanding even when it’s not ideal.
@MarathonGG_ Here is the rub. Bungie is one company. Where was the transparency and open comms when it came to Destiny 2? Unfortunately for me, this doesn’t give me any reassurance, and I play both Marathon and Destiny 2. No hate at all.
@asha_shar Love the comms. Listening to your audience and then making it happen makes fans feel heard. Sony can learn a thing or two. And this is coming from someone who used to play on PlayStation before I switched to PC.
As someone who used to play only on PlayStation and now plays on PC, I would recommend making the jump to PC. Especially if the new PlayStation 6 is going to cost 1k. Might as well spend a little more to get a pc that will last you way longer. Plus, Steam sales and return policy are better by a long shot.
I hear that, but do you think it’s worth it for a Destiny 2 player to buy Marathon just for one mode? Especially if someone only plays PVE? And I mean that sincerely, not rage baiting. Personally, I love both games, but it’s a tough sell for me when you're not progressing your gear or weapons in the PVE mode in Marathon.
