@united flight from BCN to IAD cancelled last min via air Canada- rebooked us on Lufthansa but didn’t complete transaction. Then got us to Royal air Maroc back- but I now lost our points thru you because you cancelled your flights? Flying biz class!!

1 of the 3x we ran out of gas and had to detour somewhere else because we didn’t have a gate to pull into. This is crazy United! You guys are supposed to be pros, then BE pros! Don’t get passengers there early and for them to sit for 2 hours and be stuck!

@united I’ve now traveled 3x with you back to back from west to east coast in the last 60 days. At every airport I’ve been stuck on a tarmac 1-2 hours for all the reasons you can think of. What’s the point of making it faster to not have a gate to land in?
