@XboxSupport The narrator on the recent Prime update doesn’t work like before. It used to say the name of the programme but now it just says move left/right etc which is useless for a blind person trying to find what they want to watch. Any ideas? Thanks

@primevideouk my blind son uses the narrator on his Xbox to navigate what he wants to watch. With this new update on the Home Screen, it doesn’t say what video he is on anymore. Just says to move left/right etc. Also, can we change that voice! Thanks
