We were glad to be back in Georgia with legislators participating in this year's GLLI sessions! Facilitators led freshman legislators in the Building Trust Through Civil Discourse workshop. Then, freshmen and experienced legislators each participated in negotiation exercises.

Next Generation recently brought a workshop and skills-building exercises to new members of the Connecticut House. These Reps grew their capacity for collaboration over the course of the sessions.

Just before Thanksgiving, Next Generation had the privilege to work with new members of the South Carolina House to build the skills and experiences necessary to work together for all South Carolinians.
