@DeptTransport btw, @AmericanAir is now 7 days into losing items from my bags and trying to tape them up to hide the evidence. They have also refused to even give me a reference number to even start filing a claim with them. I have been begging them over Twitter and phone,Ignored

@AmericanAir Legally, you don’t have a choice anymore in the matter. Phone calls, messages with support and x/insta support, central bagging number all couldn’t help. But now, suddenly, AA is very interested in follow ups and rules. - only after I mentioned that my rights had been violated.

Meanwhile @Aeromexico has been phenomenal and didn’t damage or lose any of our bags. Cancelled 14 @AmericanAir tickets to rebook aero last night after AA lost our equipment and has been unwilling to help.
