@AmazonHelp I've been through multiple web chat/phone calls/twitter messages and emails. This was the last 'resolution' but it's still not working. I've had to buy a gift card, send to myself, then use that to pay for prime. I won't be going through that rigmarole every month. Fed up now.

@AmazonHelp really losing patience with your inability to verify my card for Amazon prime. I was given 2 free months & told this would be fixed by now. Still isn't. This same bank card is used for Amazon music subscription, buy kindle books etc. Ready for just cancelling the lot.

@AmazonHelp I've had issues for the past 3 or 4 months with my prime account being suspended constantly due to card verification issues. I was sent a gift card to use for 2 months cost and told this would be sorted by now. Well this is the 3rd month and shock, prime account suspended.
