@VanMoof @paulhayesman Similar experience for a number of other people. Full service offered in Harold's cross would be a huge improvement.

@BunsenTweets 63% of your contact form fields are redundant, automatically captured when a user submits…maybe save us all a lot of typing?!

@higginsdavidw @nicklpayne Great insight - any chance of an updated view or making it a regular spot?

@TraegerGrills how can I get my timberline 850 to update its config? I’ve left it in sleep mode for a week but no advance on v08.004

[Graham Abell @nicegraham]

@TraegerGrills how can I update the firmware on my timberline850? I’ve left it on for 24 hours but it hasn’t picked up a new version. Currently on v02.00.01, config v08.004.

@detronizator so much this

[Graham Abell @nicegraham]

@ParcelMotel where are QR codes on the new site? Also, you seem to have broken the links to raise a support case while you were at it...

[Graham Abell @nicegraham]

@WeTransfer I missed it, upgraded and it’s working again. Thanks!

[Graham Abell @nicegraham]

@WeTransfer Paper updated to 4.2.8 yesterday, it crashes every time I open any journal now. Is there any way to access my notes or work around this? The app is completely unusable right now.

[Graham Abell @nicegraham]

@WeTransfer Any idea when I’ll be able to access my notes again?

[Graham Abell @nicegraham]

@WeTransfer I've restarted the app and the device but no joy. I've sent logs now.

@aerclubsucks @AerLingus @AerLingus asked me to DM. As of today I'm still waiting on any sort of response other than "we're looking at it".

[Graham Abell @nicegraham]

@aerclubsucks @AerLingus so they're saying... their website is beyond misleading in that case: "You need to earn 76 Tier Credits by 28/11/18 to reach the PLATINUM tier"

[Graham Abell @nicegraham]

@AerLingus right, but you website specifically told me on Monday that I had over a year left to earn the missing 76 points. In part, I planned my next on that basis (next week) - DUB-NYC.

[Graham Abell @nicegraham]

@AerLingus Monday vs Today... I assume Aerclub is broken?!?

[Graham Abell @nicegraham]

@ParcelMotel any reason not to include qr code in notification email?

[Graham Abell @nicegraham]

@VodafoneIreland I'm still getting spammed with Wangiri calls... anything you can do to block them?
