@AvantiWestCoast hello I’m on the 1132 chester to euston on an advance ticket, but my connecting train is late which means I’ll possibly miss the connection in chester - will I need a new ticket ?

My ticket is for the 1132 out of chester which I’ll probably miss, so will I be able to use that ticket on another Avanti service from Crewe to Euston ?

I have just come back from the US, I filled my car prior to returning it to the company, they have charged us $23 to fill the car, it was booked on a credit card is there anything I can do with my credit card company - thanks

@AvantiWestCoast morning Avanti, no trains running at the moment on the flint to chester section with delays expected to 30/45 minutes. I’m on the 0711 to Crewe then 0810 to Piccadilly can I use any train due to the delay once I arrive in Crewe to get to Piccadilly ??

Morning, just over in France and I have around 200gb rolled over, I have had a message around a 25GB fair use policy how does that work with data that I’ve paid for and rolled over ?
