So, I claim a volunteer “Dibs” session while logged into my account that I will be fulfilling. But the session claim only shows up on my wife’s account. What’s up with that, @SportsEngine? #UX101#Engineering101
@jamesmelzer I believe that the economy is in a good place, yes. But who deserves credit, and how much do they deserve? And how long will it last? Am I highly skeptical about everything these days, abso-fucking-lutely!
Need help understanding how define the problem and define requirements? https://t.co/ygQon58EbV
(p.s. I'm still working on SSR of the react app to utilize meta tags for social media posts. Patience, young padawans).
@kevinmhoffman That’s thing the same thing as putting on headphones to listen to music while you work and realize 30 min later you never started the music
@SwaggerApi When I visit the dashboard that includes multiple api endpoints, collapsed by default, I am unable to search the content within them. I’d like to search for a specific url or description for all the stuff collapsed within an endpoint.
@tcollen Not trying to knock all backend engineers writing frontend, just sayin we all gotta keep learning about the areas we affect. I need to learn better performance for different JS methods (getting good these days but still gotta learn). I end up teaching BE about clean HTML and CSS.
@tcollen Never thought about the middle click. Simply write clean, semantic HTML usually takes care of those issues so they never pop up. <span> or <div> for links, yeah, that's not what they're meant for and usually a backend engineer writing HTML is the culprit.
@cwodtke We used Shutterfly, but they don’t have basic validation, error messaging and overbearing address field reqs for their address book which prevents you from ordering. If you go with them, I’ll give you the details to prevent the pain I went through to have them ordered.
