The @US_FDA yesterday was handed an 80 plus pages of get bent by the 5th circuit judges

The Judges saw the truth

What is the truth?

The FDA lied to tens of thousands of small US vapor businesses

Convinced them to spend combined 100s of millions of dollars to remain legal

Then changed the rules for approval after all applications had already been filed

And shut down countless small vapor businesses, built on the backs of ex smokers they helped quit

The FDA lied
The FDA cheated
The FDA closed 10s of thousands of businesses

And most importantly

The FDA hindered American smokers from truthful information and from the most effective products ever developed for quitting the deadliest addiction in human history ....FLAVORED VAPOR PRODUCTS

The FDA is actively harming public health

The FDA needs to pay for the damages it has done both financially and emotionally to the tens of thousands of small vapor businesses whom they have harmed with their WILLFUL lies

Thank God we still have at least a few judges who rule on facts and not political pressure

I do have many more 21yr and ^ #NeverSmoker customers than ever thanks to #FDA and @ParentsvsVape #prohibition saber rattling. Thanks I guess?
I personally think there will be >1.5 more per capita nicotine habituated people in 5 years than there were in 1950.
Vaping will be the normal method people use.
Combustion cigs will be scarce, but around for the poor and mentally ill (at this rate-most of us, but I’ll still vape)
@GrimmGreen was on target as usual as were a couple of others in this piece. Hey-but what do I know? I run a banned business that’s simultaneously licensed by the banning state to gouge more taxes out of their inmates ahem..I mean constituents wallets for the forbidden products.

There’s a guy who is getting his 4th annual Vapor license soon.
Taxes paid monthly since… (1333 days)
Much more than $1 mil in eliquid tax alone in that time (roads, schools, maybe Menendez got a taste 🤣)

This guy/story should be on 60 minutes-because you can’t make this shit up-and it’s true.

I add that the price is good-I order 2 sleeves a year-but enjoy vaping, I (own 2 vapeshops)😆 but the govt likes cigarettes more for the taxes, and their paylords tell them to-so they destroyed that as well.
