Over 100 ppl have been waiting for over an hour and 45 mins at Heathrow Terminal 5 for bags. Only one announcement in that time with no time frame given. This is completely unacceptable

@bt_uk hey, my mum was given a tracking number earlier to help get a landline fix for an elderly person. Can't track it though without setting up the elderly person with an online account.. any ideas??

@TLRailUK really get the challenges this evening. But quite why you moved a packed train from West hampstead thameslink to Cricklewood and left us there is beyond. Why not just tell us to get off at west hampstead where there are alternatives. Mad.

@TLRailUK 30 mins to get from London bridge to outside blackfrairs and counting. Way too long between stations. With signal problems for a while now, this should be managed better at this stage....

Inward on the 14:57, home on the 21:36. Or not, as both cancelled. I haven't been able to get on a train I have wanted too for a month now.... when does this end?
