@HMRCcustomers tried to phone HMRC to make a change to my tax code that I couldn't see how to make online, was waiting for nearly an hour before someone answered. Get put on hold and then cut off - so frustrating. Can you arrange for someone to call me back?

@HMRCcustomers I filed my 2022/2023 return a week or so ago, and my tax code changed from including the child benefit charge to not having it in. I want to correct this so I pay the right tax each month but can't do this online, and trying to call you wasted an hour of my time earlier - help?
