Today, @AirCanada diverted my flight. Made us all wait 5 hours at a terminal because they got a plane for us to continue, only to watch the crew walk out and be told they timed out so the flight was cancelled and booked for noon tomorrow.

Promised delivery by 12pm next day and after that time passes, they just update the app to say it will be delivered at a later time. How is it acceptable to expect people to wait around all day for a delivery that had a guarantee arrival time?

@FedEx is the worst delivery service. Guarantee a delivery by 12pm and when it does t arrive they have no information.

Here's a fun story. Friend ordered furniture from @potterybarn back in March. This week, her order was cancelled, the company admitted it was their mistake, and they say the best they can do is re-order and put her at the back of line. How is this ok? #potterybarn
