- acute leuk & myeloma
- uncontrolled disease
- relapse treatment (> 1L)
No assocn of outcome with recent chemo or anti-CD20 Rx. Reassuring for these patients.

Really good to get this story out. Plasma exchange/PEx to deplete circ’ng nivolumab. Here, PEx rescued a case of life-threatening, steroid refractory neuro/skin GVH post-haplo. Rapid clinical recovery. Important Rx option in era of increasing use PD1 blockade post-allo @uclcancer
