She is likely entitled to nothing and if she was entitled to something, it wouldn’t be related to her rent payment. It would be related to only the value gained by the asset during the spousal like relationship period.

1) Citizens pick the deciders who may decide on leaders.
2) deciders and leaders are responsive to citizens’ will and concerns.
3) Citizens’ petitions & appeals to leaders & decided are met with gratitude for engagement and never retribution, unless they’re vexatious.
