IMO, they’ve done so with more tact/savvy than Polymail has responded to its actual users.

@united as a 1k member, I’ve been shocked about the lack of customer care I’ve received recently. Had a flight cancelled out of SFO to ORD recently. Didn’t even receive a notification - by the time I got through the Customer Service line at SFO, the next flight was 11:56pm.
