@AmazonHelp I get running behind schedule and not being able to make it, but for it to happen the same way 3x has made me lose faith they'll ever actually come before the return deadline. It's wasting time an energy. It's strange they say they'll come by within 3h only to cancel hours later

Why can't I make a thread in a @MicrosoftTeams chat? I can make them in Channels, why not in chats? I spend more time DMing individuals and sometimes I develop a backlog of responses pertaining to different things and it's a headache to piece together. Whyyyyyyyy
