@ShabanaMahmood There must be another review of the Conservative’s Civil Costs ‘reform’. The intro of fixed costs means innocent Claimants only recover a fraction of their own legal fees from the tortfeasor forcing heavy deductions from damages. It’s wholly unfair on the innocent
