@marksandspencer I just called your customer service as I need a few replacement buttons for a suit jacket. The telephone operator told me to buy a new suit jacket then when I said I only need buttons, they hung up on me!
@marksandspencer it’s also frustrating that on your website contact details there isn’t a customer service email address! And that the telephone auto prompts give narrow, irrelevant options.

@WaveHQ I can’t delete Products & Services that I no longer provide? I get the msg “We can’t delete this product because it’s associated with the following invoices” it doesn’t make sense to remove items from already completed paid invoices. Any other ideas?
@SofaWorkshop I used your website’s postcode search to find nearby store which was Stratford. However it appears to have closed down! What a waste of time! Really should be taken off of your store listings.
@Gap I hope u can make changes to make it quicker for customers who only want to buy in store. On multiple occasions I’ve been in a long queues behind customers making returns
@Gap whenever I’m in your Stratford store there’s always a queue of about 10 mins to return an item!! Last 4 people in front of me are just returning items which takes a long time. It’s a bad experience
