@MercedesBenz Really wish I’d gone with a BMW iX or an Audi Etron instead of an EQC - been in and out the garage 4 times since new on 15 November and now in long term. Whole point of new car is hassle free - this is costing me time and money 😡no complaint response since 23/03!!!

@MercedesBenz I complained on 23/03 and haven’t even received an acknowledgement. Chased Saturday still no acknowledgment - situation worse and brought it up in dealership today but they said to complain to UK HO which I have done!!

https://t.co/yOO3NUtgwH absolutely disgusting customer service today from a loyal customer. Asked to pay £269 to fix a screen fault with IPhone X which was known! Falling back on consumer law. An hour and a half on the phone and half hour in@store wasted. Won’t be upgrading!!

@transavia very poor customer services in flouting EU law and only offering vouchers for cancelled flights. You owe me 406 euros. I was only using you for a connecting flight from Innsbruck to Amsterdam to get back to Bristol in the UK. Your voucher is worthless to me!!
