So Iโm starting a small series as Iโm learning this stuff.
Not as an expert, more like just someone trying to understand why products โclickโ or โdonโtโ.
More soon.
#1. Adoption, from scratch.
Iโve been diving into adoption lately and how products help or block people from doing the core (money-making, basically) action.
And you know what? It's rarely UI only. It's behaviour too.
Where people slow down, hesitate and where the interface makes them think for even an extra second.
Those tiny frictions and a weak visual cue can completely change what users do next.
