He rang at 1pm chasing as he hadn’t heard anything to be told they have a computer issue and couldn’t update him. Still heard nothing as of 5pm @TheRAC_UK 😡very poor

@oilyurquhart @TheRAC_UK This is exactly what has happened to my 76 year old father yesterday. They left him waiting in his vehicle until 4pm before they told him they couldn’t attend despite several messages before saying they would arrive shortly. He had to get a taxi home and was told that

@matt_game @Wolves Ado Matt, as you can see from the cctv they remove the glass lean in and apparently stick a device in the OBD port and it sends a spike to the car confusing it and allowing it to be driven away. Another example of why people are no longer buying @rangerover @LandRover

Just to add the vehicle had 100’s of home programmes dating back to the 50’s 60’s 70’ etc all in plastic boxes in the boot of the car. Any one offered these again please DM me. Thanks

@LandRover sent me a letter 3 months ago offering new batteries for my remote to stop the car from being stolen. After applying straightaway I was told I should receive them in the next 6 months! Well I’ve just had the car stolen so you can stick your batteries up your arse! 😤
