No thought about an individual not trained to deal with your questions, which is ironic when your post is about privacy & welfare.

Whilst cycling on the Hoole Road bridge in @ShitChester, this gentleman from ASA coach travel decided twice to go for an overtake, first attempt was on the uphill section of the bridge, then successfully whilst on the bridge. This bridge is going to kill others.
