@jamieBCSSlaw The death #penalty should be abolished in all countries. It is seen as cruel and unusual in most places in the world. If convicted, these men should be given a sentence based on precedent, so a life sentence in prison.
@jamieBCSSlaw Stricter driving laws would benefit #road#safety. Too many people seem to not care about punishments in place, and are ignoring the fact that actions on the road can not only impact their own life, but also put others at risk. #bcsslaw
@MikeKempLaw1 This man should be sent to a mental institution, where he would #serve his time while also getting the treatment for his schizophrenia and delusions. When and if it is seen fit, this man should be sent back to prison after receiving help.
@MikeKempLaw1 I do agree with this set age. Anyone under 19 is considered a minor in Canada, and if the government set the age younger there would be a lot of #backlash from society. They are treating marijuana laws similarly to alcohol laws. #marijuana
@MikeKempLaw1 School shootings seem to occur way too often. More security measures should be in place at schools, but this is definitely an issue stemming from the lack of #gun#laws.
@MikeKempLaw1 I personally do not believe in the #death#penalty. If this man is convicted, he should face the maximum sentence without being given the death penalty, and serve life in prison for his actions. #gillieslaw
@WillBCSSLaw The armed man was shot dead by officers. If the man was apprehended alive, he should of been charged with armed robbery, and be given the #maximum sentence.
@NoahKonorty@TelegraphNews This is definitely #cruel and #unusual punishment. 2 years for something like this is very excessive. Do you feel as if all countries should have a charter like Canada’s to ensure citizens rights?
@MikeKempLaw1 This passenger should have been given his money back right away. A #lawsuit should be brought up against Uber because he had to fight for a refund. Uber should also give the passenger compensation such as free rides.
@jamieBCSSlaw Yes section 7 or her charter rights are being violated. Specifically her #right to #life is being violated, as the denial of this surgery is impacting her long term health. This issue should be brought to court and this women should receive her surgery.
@reneemeehanlaw I agree that this is a precedent that will benefit society for the future. Police officers should be treated the same as everyone else when it comes to the #justice system, and shouldn’t be held to a different standard. #bcsslaw
@MikeKempLaw1 The implications this have for society is that no celebrity will think they are above the law, which seems to be the problem. Russell Simmons should face the same penalty as any other individual convicted of the same #crime.
Unusual case involves a doctor putting his initials on patients while in surgery. Should this doctor face #criminal charges, or should the victims start a #lawsuit against the doctor? https://t.co/1FwxJjjdus
This is absolutely disgusting. A couple is not expected to face #jailtime after committing this act, which is ridiculous. What should the punishment be? Personally, I think they should face a serious amount of jailtime. #bcsslaw https://t.co/kz8aS6dcp4
Arrest warrant issued for NY couple who fraudulently pocketed thousands in donations for a 5-year-old boy with cancer and then missed a court sentencing. https://t.co/SIPj5Stj1g
@MichaelBCSSlaw This company should receive criminal #charges under the #criminal code. They put the their employees in danger, so should the employees involved sue this company?
@jamieBCSSlaw This athlete should not be punished. The #drugs taken by him were to ensure that his health would not fail during competition. It was be completely unfair to be punished trying to ensure your #safety.
@JohnToleckBCSS Although Canadian gun laws are fairly strict, I feel as if they can make the laws even more strict because these #crimes seem to happen too often in Canada.
