Check on your strong friends. The ones you don’t worry about because you think they can handle anything. The ones who constantly succeed and excel. Those are the ones that hide it better than most and who won’t ask for help but silently cry at night. Just send them a text and tell them you admire their strength and would love to meet for coffee one day and catch up. Then just let them vent, or stop them and ask “Are you okay?” I guarantee their face says it all when you ask that. Because nobody stops to ask them that ever.
