@JCP_L Twelve hours past your restoration estimate, and now there's no ETA at all. Generic replies, missed restoration times, and no meaningful updates aren't customer service. They're a failure in communication. @JCP_L@FirstEnergyCorp@NJBPU
@JCP_L Over 24 hours without power. The restoration estimate went from 11 PM to... nothing. That's not an update—it's removing information without explanation. Generic replies and disappearing ETAs aren't communication. This is unacceptable. @JCP_L@FirstEnergyCorp@NJBPU

@firstenergycorp A canned response isn't an answer. The outage map is all over the place—some neighborhoods show restoration today, while others nearby say July 7 with no explanation. The comunication is as inconsistent as the restoration Customers deserve real answers, not copy-and-paste reply
@JCP_L .@JCP_L Power has been out since 6 PM yesterday. Still no ETA and little communication. Customers deserve better than repeated outages, neglected vegetation management, and no transparency. @NJBPU At what point does this level of service warrant regulatory action?
@JCP_L Power has been out since 6 PM yesterday. No ETA. No meaningful updates. At some point, customers have to ask whether JCP&L is capable of providing the reliable service and communication New Jersey deserves. If not, maybe it's time for someone who can.
@JCP_L The damage is obvious. Customers are looking for updates on restoration and long-term vegetation management to reduce repeat outages—especially on Ridge Rd between Allamuchy and Independence. What actions are being taken?
@JCP_L Posting damage photos without showing restoration efforts doesn't answer the questions customers have. Where are the crews, what work is being done, and when can affected customers expect service to be restored?
@JCP_L Customers can report hazards, but isn't vegetation management around your power lines JCP&L's responsibility? Ridge Rd has had repeated outages for years. What is the inspection/trimming schedule for this section, and when is the next planned maintenance?
@JCP_L There have been repeated outages on Ridge Road between Allamuchy Township and Independence Township due to trees affecting the overhead lines. I'd like to request a vegetation management inspection of this section because it appears to be a recurring reliability problem

@JCP_L You'll charge us a delivery fee but not responsible when you don't maintain the lines and can't deliver. 7 power outages in less than 2 months means your not maintaining and clearing the lines.
