🎙️ 6 months into podcasting, and I've learned more than I ever expected! From booking guests to marketing episodes, here's what I've discovered along the way. 🧵👇 #Podcasting#ContentCreation"
I’ve thought my way out of taking action many times and each time I regret doing so.
My goal is to continue working against that friction and taking action right away.
There’s no better time than now.
“If you think about something for more then 5 seconds, you’re not going to do it.”
- Mel Robins
The more you think about it the less likely you are to take action.
If you’re convincing yourself to not do it, you should probably do it.
I’ve recognized this recently with things like getting coursework done or going to the gym.
I tell myself I can do it later or one day off won’t hurt, but those actions stack up and turn into something I could no longer control.
Saying “no” is something I want to work on.
We are prompted with some many “things” we don’t want to do yet we say yes because we feel as we should.
We only have a finite amount of time alive and using it to do things we could’ve said no to is a waste of it.
Don't wait until January 1st to start achieving your goals. Today is the perfect day to begin and any thoughts that might be holding you back are imaginary.
I can’t tell you how many times I don’t feel like training and tell myself, “I’ll just do one set and see how I feel.”
You would think it would stop working at some point, but I almost always end up doing the whole workout.
Just start. Do a little and see what happens.
I’m doing research on why people quit the gym after just a few months. Have you experienced this? Your feedback will help me understand the challenges and how to help others stay motivated. Fill out this quick, anonymous survey to share your story!

Talking about training always gets me going , if anyone has questions or just wants to chat about making your sessions better send me a dm. I’d love to talk.
People who say “I don’t have enough time” expect to be able to do everything within the same time frame. Sacrifice is your answer.
Want to become healthier? Take that hour you spend watching TV and get some exercise in.
Want to become smarter? Study instead of doom scroll.
Too many expect extraordinary results from average effort. If you think you can achieve greatness by doing the bare minimum, here’s your wake-up call: it won’t happen.
Want better results? Research, try, fail, and repeat.
Outwork the competition every single day.
Prime example of exercising to be able to do the things you want to do your entire life.
Whether it’s to lift your grandkids, play basketball, or be able to jump.
If you’re unsure how to start exercising, do something everyday that will allow you to do that thing.

Just recorded my first podcast with a guest I had no prior connection with, and I was nervous about navigating it. But stepping into that fear led to an amazing episode—proof that the unknown is where growth happens.
